SSP - Listening to relearn how to recognise calm in your nervous system

SSP uses filtered music that you listen to through an app. The programme is usually built up in small segments, at a pace matched to your capacity.

In total, it consists of 5 hours of listening material, spread across several sessions.

Within SSP, there are different “pathways” that build and differentiate the programme in different ways.

The goal is simple: to help your system process signals of safety more effectively, so that stress responses, sensory overload and auditory strain are less likely to escalate.
